Moghal Education Society And 2 Others v. Telangana Admission And Fee Regulatory Committee And 4 Others
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.14222 of 2019 ORDER:
The only grievance of the petitioners is that they submitted relevant data for approving fee structure proposed by the first respondent. But the first respondent without considering the data provided by the petitioners fixed the fee of their college at Rs.35,000/- stating that since it is a new college, no data is given by them. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
Heard Sri A.Abishek Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1,2,4 and and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Higher Education for respondent No.3.
As stated by learned counsel for the petitioners, the material filed before this Court at page Nos 39 to 95 is the data said to have been filed by the petitioners before the first respondent.
In view of the same, without going into merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to reconsider the proposal sent by the petitioners and take a decision on the same within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
