On 19.12.2017 when the matter was taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was posted to 27.12.2017. On that day, as there was no representation for the petitioner, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, neither the learned counsel for the petitioner is present nor is any representation made on his behalf. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default.
