O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services.

Petitioner is claiming to be the son of one G.Ramakrishna, @ Rama Kishan, who, while working as constable, died on 19.11.2011, due to road accident. In this writ petition, petitioner is seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider his case for appointment on compassionate grounds and for payment of family pension and retirement benefits of his deceased father.

As per the averments made in the writ affidavit, it could be seen that the 4th respondent herein, claiming to be the wife of late G.Ramakrishna, filed O.P.No.53/ 2012 on the file of Senior Civil Judge's Court, Medak for succession, impleading the mother of the petitioner, which was allowed by order dated 29.04.2016 and challenging the same, appeal in C.M.A.No.5 of 2017 was filed, and this court by order dated 14.02.2017, granted interim suspension for a limited period and subsequently it was extended from time to time, and the appeal is pending adjudication.

In these circumstances, the competent authority is directed to take a decision on the claim of the petitioner, by issuing notice to 4th respondent and considering her objections and also keeping in view the order passed in O.P.No.53/ 2012 dated 29.4.2016 and in C.M.A.No.5 of 2017.

This exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
