The University has granted approval by order dated 18-7-2017 for affiliation to B.Tech - CSE for an intake of 60 students. Therefore, no further orders are necessary. However, since the order of the University indicates that it is subject to final orders, closing of this writ petition shall not be treated as something held against the petitioners. In other words, the affiliation granted shall not be disturbed by the University.

2. With the above observation, the writ petition is closed. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
