Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Agriculture appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and 5, learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the fourth respondent and Smt.G.Neeraja Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the sixth respondent. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that, for redressal of their grievance, petitioners herein submitted a representation, dated 23.02.2018, but no action has been taken till date and, in view of the same, petitioners herein are suffering irreparable loss and hardship. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that, on 14.11.2017 by way of a Memo bearing No.S-II(1)/209/2016, the Director of Agriculture Marketing-second respondent herein issued necessary instructions to the third respondent.
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Advocates for the respondents, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, with a direction to the sixth respondent to verify the representation, dated 23.02.
law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
