This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 23.12.2015 passed in E.P.No.144 of 2015 in A.C.No.1128 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Eluru. No representation on behalf of both parties.

A perusal of the office note reveals that the trial Court disposed of the above execution petition on 01.02.2017. In view of the disposal of the execution petition, the purpose of filing the civil revision petition has become infructuous. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
