HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4181 of 2018 ORDER:

Learned counsel appearing for petitieonrs/A1 & A2 seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition on the submission that the case is numbered as CC No. 1377/2017 on the file of XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B. Nagar and in that view, the Criminal Petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in FIR No. 591 of 2016 of Chaitanyapuri Police Station, Hyderabad, became infructuous.

In view of the above submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous and liberty is given to file a fresh application challenging the CC proceedings.

As a sequel there to, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
