The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the land admeasuring Ac.0.22 cents in Sy.No.59/P of Modumudi Village, Avanigadda Mandal, Krishna District, besides directing to conduct appropriate survey in respect of the said land. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petitioner died and hence seeks closure of the writ petition as abated, with a liberty to the legal representatives of the writ petitioner to avail the remedies, if any available under law.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed as abated, leaving it open to the legal representatives of the petitioner to avail the remedies, if any available under law.
