There was no representation for the appellants on 20.03.2018 and on 06.06.2018. Same was the position even in June 2017 and August 2017. It appears that the appellants are not keen in prosecuting the matter. Despite today's posting under the caption 'for dismissal', there was no representation.

Hence, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
