The case of the petitioner is that she submitted representations dated 13.03.2014 and 02.11.2015 to the 3rd respondent and 2nd respondent, respectively, seeking compassionate appointment. As the same are not being disposed of till date, present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri B.Mayur Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Corporation. Since the representations of the petitioner are pending before the respondents, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the representations of the petitioner, in accordance with circulars and regulations in force, and take action within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
