Heard Sri S.S.Bhatt, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Suresh Kumar Reddy Kalava, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1
and 2 and Smt.G.Sampada, learned counsel for 3rd respondent. 2.
The grievance of the petitioner in this Revision Petition is that I.A.No.69 of 2014 filed by her in O.S.No.21 of 2005 to pass a final decree in the above suit for partition be decided expeditiously in view of the fact that the petitioner is aged about 84 years.

Learned counsel for the respondent states that they have no objection, if a direction is given to the Court below to dispose of I.A.No.69 of 2014 expeditiously.

Having regard to these submissions, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the Senior Civil Judge, Piler is directed to dispose of I.A.No.69 of 2014 in O.S.No.21 of 2005 on his file as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in view of the advance stage of the petitioner. No costs. 5.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
