Challenge in this writ petition was to the auction sale notice dated 11.06.2019 issued by the Andhra Bank proposing to hold the sale of the secured asset on 19.07.2019.

We are informed by Sri V. Murali Manohar, learned standing counsel for the respondent bank, that the proposed sale did not materialize for want of bidders. In that view of the matter, the challenge is rendered purely academic and does not warrant consideration on merits.
