HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.1385 of 2012 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. There is no representation on behalf of the respondents.
On 30.01.2012, after hearing, this Court was pleased to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.09.2011 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within four week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner expressed his inability to submit whether any orders are passed or not. When the matter was called in the morning session, there was no representation on behalf of the respondents. Even in the afternoon sessions, there is no representation. In that view of the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition in the light of the interim orders passed on 30.01.2012 directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 11.09.2006 and 09.09.2011 and pass appropriate orders as per law, if not already disposed of, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
