Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

The petitioner was appointed as a Fair Price Shop Dealer of Shop No.4561 situated in Godavarikhani, Ramagundam Mandal, Karimnagar District. The authorization of the petitioner is subsisting as on today. The Government issued online Provisional Food Security Cards Key Register Abstract report, which shows that required rice paddy was released to the shop of the petitioner. In spite of the same, the 4th respondent did not supply the stock to the petitioner's fair price shop. Hence, the present writ petition is filed. In spite of adjournment given on 01.07.2015, no instructions were issued to the learned Government Pleader. Therefore, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition without waiting for instructions. Hence, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to release the stock to the petitioner's fair price shop so long as the authorization of the petitioner is in force. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
