THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 7134 OF 2017 O R D E R :

Complaining inaction on the part of Respondents 2 and 7 Nizamabad Municipal Corporation and Station House Officer, VI Town Police Station, Nizamabad respectively against the illegal constructions that are being taken up by Respondents 3 to 6 in Survey Nos. 2903 and 2962/AA at Arsapally Village, Nizamabad District, this Writ Petition has been filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner Sri K. Durga Prasad. Learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent Corporation Sri V. Satyam Reddy submits that the petitioner has never approached the respondent authorities nor did he submit any complaint against the illegal constructions raised in the abovesaid land. The petitioner has directly approached this Court by way of this Writ Petition is what the learned Standing Counsel contends.

In the facts of the present case and in view of the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel, if the petitioner approaches the 2nd respondent complaining about the illegal constructions allegedly made by Respondents 3 to 6, it is directed that the authorities of the Corporation shall consider the same and take action in accordance with law.

With this, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
