HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.14253 OF 2014 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner represents that the matter has become infructuous and, therefore, seeks to dismiss the present petition. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that the police filed final report before the concerned Magistrate stating that the complaint was false and requested permission to close the case.

In view of the submissions made by both sides, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, stand closed.
