Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

Petitioners' grievance is that her representation dt.05-11-2015 made to 3rd respondent with regard to the encroachments in the land of an extent of Ac.0.65 cts in Sy. No.226/1 of Ibrahimpatnam village, Krishna District which was assigned to her is pending consideration before 3rd respondent and no orders have been passed by 3rd respondent.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 3rd respondent will consider petitioner's representation and pass orders thereon within six weeks from the date of submission by the petitioner and communicate the said order to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 3rd respondent to consider petitioner's representation and pass orders thereon within six weeks from the date of submission by the petitioner and communicate the said order to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
