HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K. JAISWAL CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO. 1054 OF 2009 ORDER:

Petitioner herein is the accused and is said to have died on 3rd March 2012 and death certificate to that effect is filed. The petitioner-accused was sentenced to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for a period of two years and also fine of Rs. 3,50,000/- for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

In view of the death of the petitioner-accused, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
