".... to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the order dated 02.12.2003 in O.A.No.2164 of 2000 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad as illegal, arbitrary and cannot sustain in the eye of law and set aside the same and also set aside consequential proceedings of respondent No.2 in Proc.No.A1/1646/2000, dated 23.9.2004....."
Mr. B.Nageswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, has addressed letter, dated 31.8.2017, to the Registry, wherein he has stated that his client intends to withdraw the Writ Petition as, respondent No.4 who is the contesting respondent died.
In view of the above letter, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.25061 of 2004 stands dismissed as infructuous.
