This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners/ defendants 1 and 3, assailing the order, dated 13.03.2014, of the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Tirupati, passed in I.A.No.29 of 2014 in O.S.No.1148 of 2008.

There is no representation for the petitioners/ defendants 1 and 3. The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of this Court that the trial Court dismissed the suit without costs on 17.06.2014. In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
