ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioners/A2 and A3, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.201 of 2015 on the file of Rajam Police Station, against them.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State.

3. From a perusal of the complaint, it cannot be said that there is no material to proceed against the petitioners/A2 and A3. Therefore, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings against them. The truth or otherwise of the allegations made against the petitioners can only be decided during the course of trial.

4. In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

5. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
