HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.13629 OF 2014 ORDER:

In the after-noon when the case was called, there is no representation for the petitioner - accused No.4 Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Telangana, would represent that the Investigating Officer, on completion of investigation, laid charge sheet against accused Nos.1 to 3, but not against accused No.4, who is the present petitioner herein, by deleting his name alleging the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 420, 406, 347, 367 and 386 of IPC. On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would represent that the complainant filed a protest petition, and also would represent that since charge sheet was filed and the request is to quash the proceedings at the crime stage, the present criminal petition becomes infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present Criminal Petition is closed as infructuous. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the petition, stand closed. __________________________ A. SHANKAR NARAYANA, J January 27, 2017.
