THE HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.3680 OF 2014 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.9 and 10 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.51 of 2014 of Banswada Police Station, Nizamabad District. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 05.07.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the subject crime, filed charge sheet before the Court concerned and thereafter, the case was committed to the Court of Session and S.C.No.9 of 2015 was assigned; that after full-fledged trial, the Session Case was ended in acquittal on 04.02.2019.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
