THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SARATH CONTEMPT CASE NO.1169 of2o23 ORDER:

This Contempt Case, under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, L97 l, is filed by the petitioner to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders of this Court passed in I.A.No. I of 2023 in W.P.No.12899 of 2023 and batch 27.O4.2O23.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for the respondents submits that vide proceedings date dated 04.09.2023, the respondents have been complied with the orders of this Court passed in I.A.No. I of 2023 in W.P.No.12899 of 2023 and batch 27.O4.2O23. 3.
