Respondent Petition under Sections 438 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition and the grounds filed therein, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioner on .-.- bail in the event of his arrest in connection with FIR. No. 347 of 2020 dated 24-ll-2020 on the file of PS Adbullapumret, Rachakonda District, in the interest ofjustice; The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed therein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Rajagopallavan Tayi, Advocate for the Petitioner, and of the Asst. Public Prosecutor, for the Respondent, the Court made the following.
* THE HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION N0.5481 of 2021 ORDER:
The Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to grant anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.347 ol 2020 on the file of Abdullapurmet Police Station, Rachakonda District, registered for the offence under Section 420 lPC.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/accused, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State and perused the record.
3. The prosecution case is that the petitioner/accused having availed vehicle loan from the finance company of de-facto complainant failed to pay the installments and also prepared fake sale deed purposefully and maliciously with an intention to sustain loss to the company 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner/accused would submit that the petitioner has paid two EMls and failed to pay fufiher EMls and that the mortgaged vehicle has been taken over by de-facto complainant on "l 9. 1 1 .2020. He would also submit that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedents prior to the alleged occurrence and he is a law abiding citizen and ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed in the event of his enlargement on anticipatory bail.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner Having regard to the facts and circumstances and looking into the nature of allegations leveled against the petitioner, without delving into the merits of the matter, lam inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/accused.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioner/accused is granted anticipatory bail subject to the following terms and conditions:
(i) The petitioner/accused is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Abdullapurmet Police Station, Rachakonda District, within a period of 15 days from today, and on such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release the petitioner/accused on bail on his executing a personal bond to the tune of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) with two sureties to the like amount each to his satisfaction.
On such release, the petitioner/accused shall appear (ii) before the lnvestigating Officer on every Friday between 9.00 AM and 5.00 PM,, till completion of investigation and filing of the charge sheet. (iii) The petitioner/accused shall comply with the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) o'f Cr.P.C.
B.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
