ORDER:

By Order dated 15.04.2013, petitioner was transferred from Gram Panchayat Kompally to Gram Panchayat Alwala.

Challenging the same, petitioner filed O.A.No.3418 of 2013 before the A.P.Administrative Tribunal. By order dated 08.05.2013, Tribunal granted interim suspension and direction to continue the petitioner until further orders.

Counter-affidavit is filed deposed by Mr. P.Prabhakar Reddy, District Panchayat Officer, Nalgonda District. It is stated that consequent to the interim orders, earlier order of transfer was withdrawn and petitioner is being continued as Panchayat Secretary in Kompally of Anumula Mandal. In view of the same, cause in the writ petition does not survive. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions if any pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
