This revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed questioning the order dated 10.04.2015 in I.A. No.193 of 2015 in O.S. No.106 of 2008 passed by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Amalapuram.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the counsel for the petitioners represented that the suit itself was dismissed with costs on merits by decree and judgment dated 30.11.2015. Hence, no cause survives in this revision for adjudication. Recording the above submission, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
