HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.14270 OF 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by action of the 3rd respondent in calling the petitioner to the police station and detaining for long hours without there being any case registered against him.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions denying the allegations made against respondent No.3 stating that he never called the petitioner to police station at any point of time nor detained him. It is stated that no crime is registered against the petitioner. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-police not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner in accordance with law. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
