THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.13487 OF 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in insisting upon the Court order directing them to permit the petitioners to take the examination and consequently declining to accept the examination fee along with late fee and refusing to permit the petitioners herein to attend 3rd year 2nd Semester examination of Engineering. This Court by order, dated 30-04-2015 granted interim direction to accept the examination fee from the petitioners and permit them to write examination.

2. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners appeared for 3rd year 2nd Semester examination of Engineering and the 1st petitioner passed only in one subject out of 9 subjects whereas, the other petitioner failed in all subjects. Impugned order is an order of detention for particular examination due to lack of attendance. In view of the interim order and subsequent developments, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
