Heard.

2. Petitioner claims to be the owner of the land admeasuring Acs.4.01 guntas in survey No.93/A, Acs.2.00 guntas in survey No.93/AA, Acs.2.00 guntas in survey No.93/E, in total Acs.8.01 guntas situated at Nagarkunta Village, Shabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. He also claims to have filed an application for conducting survey. Alleging inaction to act upon the said application, this writ petition is filed.

3. A Receipt for an amount of Rs.295/- paid for F-line petition, issued by TSTS Ltd. dated 07.01.2019 has been enclosed to the writ petition as Ex.P.1 and filled-in proforma for F-line application is enclosed at page No.11.

4. That being so, the 3rd and 4th respondents are directed to process the said application and communicate their decision to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If they accept the request of the petitioner for conducting survey, due procedure should be followed in conducting survey.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
