HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 22542 OF 2011 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana State). With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of respondents in not conducting enquiry under R.O.R. Act and not mutating the name of the petitioner in Revenue Records basing on the Registered Sale deed bearing document No.2893/2011, dated 09.06.2011, by the Sub-Registrar, Sircilla, Karimnagar District and Ryoth Pass Book and Pahani, issued in the name of the petitioner vendor, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner placed before this Court a letter given by the petitioner to the Tahsildar, which clearly disclose that the matter was settled by the petitioner with one Sri Karampuri Narayana (seller) and according to the terms and conditions arrived at during the compromise, the said person executed a registered sale deed vide doc.No.5341/2011 on 09.09.2011 in favour of the petitioner. Thereafter, the land was transferred and mutated the name of the petitioner in revenue records. It is also stated that the petitioner informed the above matter to his counsel.

Basing on the said letter, the Tahsildar informed the same to

the learned Government Pleader about the events which took place after filing of the Writ Petition.

In view of the said submissions, this Court is of the view that no further orders need be passed in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall also stand closed.
