CVNR, J & AKS, J FCA.No.225 of 2011 Dt: 15.03.2018 Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Family Court Appeal arises out of Order, dated 06.07.2011, in OP.No.406 of 2010 on the file of the Judge, Additional Family Court at Hyderabad.

The learned Counsel for the appellant has addressed letter, dated 01-03-2018, to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein it is stated that during the pendency of the Appeal, the parties have entered into a compromise before the lower Court and that therefore, the appellant wants to withdraw the Appeal. At the hearing, the learned Counsel for the appellant has reiterated the contents of the said letter.

In the light of the above, this Family Court Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
