THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.12005 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, a letter bearing No.ADE/OP/Saifabad/CC/D.No.12, dated 11.04.2018, addressed by the Assistant Divisional Engineer, Operation/Saifabad Su Div., Central Circle, TSSPDCL, Mint Compound, Hyderabad, to the learned Standing Counsel-Sri R.Vinod Reddy is placed on record by the learned Standing Counsel. The said letter reads as under:- "With reference to the subject cited above, as per the oral submissions of the residents of Andalamma basti, Nampally, Saifabad Sub-Division regarding improving quality of supply, field Engineers are discussed with resident's association people and proposed for erection of one Distribution Transformer for improving quality of supply, with permission of concerned residents. It is only proposal not conclusion. No work regarding the above proposal was started. In view of the objections raised by the petitioner in this case, the proposal made by field officers is herewith revoked."

In view of the above development, this Writ Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition whenever necessity arises in the future.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
