THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.12114 of 2018 ORDER:
This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners seeking verbatim the following relief:
"For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not fixing the rate of admission for the Petitioner theatre as per their applications dated 27-03-2018 as illegal, null void and arbitrary and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interests of justice."

I have heard the submissions of Sri K.Tharun Chowdary, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, and of the learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2. I have perused the material record.

At the hearing, learned counsel for both sides are in agreement that the issue involved in the instant writ petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 31.10.2016, of this Court in W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and batch; and, order, dated 13.04.2017, in WPMP.No.16343 of 2017 in WP.No.18779 of 2014. 4.
Having regard to the facts and submissions and for the reasons alike as were mentioned in the afore-stated orders, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the afore-stated orders. There shall be no order as to costs.
Office is directed to enclose copies of the afore-stated order, dated 31.10.2016, in WP.No.19046 of 2014 and batch; and, order, dated 13.04.2017, in WPMP.No.16343 of 2017 in WP.No.18779 of 2014 to this order.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
