THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.13687 of 2005 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, declaring the action of the respondents in not regularizing the occupation of the land in an extent of 400 square yards situated in Survey No.275/ID, Seethammadhara, Adavivaram Village, Chinnagudula Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, as arbitrary, illegal and unconstitutional. 2.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent-Temple that the issue in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.A.No.536 of 2010, dated 07-09-2010. A copy of the same is also placed on record by the learned counsel for the respondents. 3.

Following the same, this writ petition is also dismissed. No costs.
