HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.34618 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner has already availed the remedy of appeal against the orders passed by the Estate Officer & Additional Divisional Railway Manager, South Central Railways, Vijayawada under the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act 1971. It is for the petitioner to pursue the said remedy and seek appropriate interim relief from the appellate Court. No reasons to entertain the writ petition as no parallel proceedings can be entertained by this Court.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
