This Civil Revision Petition, under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is filed by the petitioner/ Judgment Debtor, challenging the docket order, dated 21.06.2019, passed in E.P.No.31 of 2015 in O.S.No.1043 of 2011, by the Senior Civil Judge at Sathupally.

Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner/ Judgment Debtor and perused the record. 3 .

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the revision petitioner/ Judgment Debtor served the sentence of imprisonment that is imposed against him in the impugned order. Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
