ORDER :

Petitioner claims that he is owner and possessor of land in Sy No 96/1 for an extent of Ac 0 40 cents; in Sy No.

98 for an extent of Ac 2 60 cents; in Sy No 102/2 for an extent of Ac 0 03 cents; in Sy No 103 an extent of Ac 2-30 cents; in Sy No 112/ 1 for an extent of Ac 0 18 cents; in Sy No 224/1 for an extent of Ac 0 21 cents; in Sy No 242/2 for an extent of Ac 0-16 cents; in Sy No 243 for an extent of Ac 0 74 cents; in Sy No 244/1 for an extent of Ac 0 58 cents; in Sy No 244/2 for an extent of Ac 0-05 cents; in Sy No 247/1 for an extent of Ac 1-70 cents; in Sy No 247/4 for an extent of Ac 7-00 cents; in Sy No 262/1 for an extent of Ac 1-72 cents; in Sy No 262/2 for an extent of Ac 5-03 cents; in Sy No 317-1 for an extent of Ac 1-03 cents; in Sy No 321/2 for an extent of Ac 2-85 cents; in Sy No 334 for an extent of Ac 1-78 cents; in Sy No 343/1 for an extent of Ac 0-04 cents situated in Immadicheruvu village Veligandla Mandal Prakasam District.

Petitioner states that he has submitted an application on 4.10.2017 to request to mutate his name in revenue records and that on 4.11.2017 he has made application through Meeseva requesting to mutate his name in the revenue records. Copies of receipts issued by Mee-seva Citizen Service Centre at page numbers 16 to 32 of the material paper book. Petitioner alleges that having received the application on 4.11.2017 till date no action is taken on his application, hence this writ petition.

It is seen from the material on record that petitioner claimed to have submitted application dated 4.11.2017 for mutation of his name in revenue records. If that is so, and if such application is pending, the Tahsildar-4th respondent, shall dispose of the application, if not already disposed of, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above directions, the Writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
