This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the orders dated 24.11.2016 passed in I.A.No.230 of 2015 in A.T.C.No.56 of 1997 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge Court, Kakinada. 2.

As per the office note furnished by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of A.T.C.No.56 of 1997 on 18.09.2017. In view of the disposal of A.T.C.No.56 of 1997, the purpose of filing this revision petition became infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
