Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for School Education appearing for respondents. 2.

Both sides represent that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dt.16.09.2016 in W.P.No.26870 of 2016 and Batch.

Therefore, for reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also allowed; the State of Telangana is directed to grant permission under Section 20 of the Telangana Education Act, 1982 to the B.Ed. colleges set up by the petitioner; respective Universities are directed to grant affiliation to the said colleges; and the Telangana State Council of Higher Education and the 3rd respondent are directed to include the petitioner-B.Ed Colleges in the second phase of process of web-counselling for allotment of Students in B.Ed course for the academic year 2016-17 in view of the recognition granted to them by the NCTE. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
