HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2701 of 2013 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of Constitution of India, challenging the order, dated 25-04-2013 passed in I.A.No.208 of 2012 in O.S.No.195 of 2010 by the Additional District Judge, Bhimavaram, dismissing the petition filed under Section 151 and Order XVIII, Rules 3 and 3-A of C.P.C.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that O.S.No.195 of 2010 was disposed of by the Additional District Judge, Bhimavaram, on 19-01-2016. Therefore, this Court need not examine the legality of the order at this stage after disposal of main O.S. itself. Hence, I find that this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
