THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 14262 OF 2019 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not registering the complaint of the petitioner dt.24.05.2019 against the respondent Nos.4 and 5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions submits that Crime No.85 of 2019 is registered basing on the complaint of the petitioners.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the same and states that no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition. Heard learned counsel for unofficial respondents. Recording the aforesaid submissions, since the grievance of the petitioners is already redressed, writ petition is disposed of. Still the unofficial respondents have any grievance, they can workout their remedies, in accordance with law. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
