HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO COMMON ORDER:

Writ Petition No.10430 of 2017 is filed praying to declare the action of respondents 3 and 4 in failing to consider online application of petitioner dated 08.07.2016 for issuance of e-pass book and mutation of lands admeasuring Ac.2.42 cents in 2226 and Ac.4.62 cents in Sy.No.2227 of Chittecherla village, Chinnagottigallu Mandal, Chittoor district as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequential direction to respondents 2 to 4 to mutate the name of petitioner in the revenue records and to issue e-pass book. 2.

The very same petitioner filed Writ Petition No.26409 of 2017 seeking identical prayer, except consequential direction sought is only to Sub-Collector, Madhanapalle, Chittoor district, whereas earlier direction sought was to the District Collector, the Revenue Divisional Officer and the Tahsildar.

Having regard to the same prayer sought in both writ petitions, Office was directed to list both the writ petitions together. On the last occasion, there was no representation on behalf of petitioner. Therefore, Office was directed to list both the writ petitions today under the caption of 'dismissal' to give one more opportunity. Today also, there is no representation. Hence, writ petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution.
