Heard counsel for petitioner. None appeared for respondent though notice by way of substituted service has been carried out and proof of service has been filed by the petitioner. 2.

This Tr.CMP. is filed seeking transfer of O.P.No.7708 of 2016 from the file of the Family Court-cum-Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, Malkajgiri to the Court of Senior Civil Judge(Family Court), Peddapalli.

Petitioner is the wife of respondent and the respondent had filed the said O.P. seeking divorce from the petitioner. 4.

Petitioner alleged that she is unemployed and she is staying along with the children with her parents in Garepally Village and Mandal, Karimnagar District, but the respondent deliberately filed the case before the Court at Malkajgiri only to harass the petitioner. She alleged that Malkajgiri is 250 kms. away from her place of residence and it would be difficult for her to attend the Court at Malkajgiri of Ranga Reddy District because of the long distance and financial problems.

I find considerable force in the said contention. 6.

Accordingly, this Tr.CMP. is allowed; O.P.No.7708 of 2016 on the file of the Family Court-cum-Additional District Judge,

Ranga Reddy District, Malkajgiri is transferred to the file of Judge, Family Court-cum-Additional District Judge at Karimnagar. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
