wp_6577_2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondents in implementing order dated 21-04-2016 in O.A.No. 34 of 2015 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad (for short, 'the Tribunal').

At the hearing, learned Government Pleader for Services (T.S.) has placed before us proceedings vide Rc.No. 1729/B2/2017 dated 02-08-2017 of respondent No. 3, whereby he has accorded notional seniority and increments to the petitioners in terms of the aforementioned order of the Tribunal. Sri C.Raja Sekhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that by issuing the aforementioned proceedings, respondent No. 3 has implemented the order of the Tribunal.

In the light of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. 4.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No. 8065 of 2017 shall stand closed as infructuous.
