This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ or writs, order or direction, to call for the records pertaining to F.I.R. No.34 of 2017 on the file of the Amalapuram Taluqa Police Station, East Godavari District and quash the same as being illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a separate writ petition. Permission is granted. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, by granting liberty to the petitioner to file a separate writ petition. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
