HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.39116 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is preferred by the petitioner seeking to declare the inaction of the 4th respondent in considering the application dated 19.09.2016 made by the petitioner in Form-6A for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deed in respect of land in Acs.13-35 cents in survey Nos.528/2, 153, 71, 72, 384, 322/4 & 6, 242/2, 241/1 & 2, 237/1, 661, 110, 111, 112, 67, 277/6 & 4, 322/5 of Chebrolu Village and survey Nos.24 and 27 of Laxmipuram village of Prathipadu Mandal of East Godavari District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. With their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

The limited grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent authorities are not considering his application for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of subject land in his favour.

Learned AGP would submit that if the petitioner makes an on-line application, the same would be considered in accordance with law.

Recording the statement of the learned AGP, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make an online

application through e-seva seeking issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deed, within a period of two weeks from today, in which event the same shall be dealt with and disposed of in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such an application. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________ C. PRAVEEN KUMAR, J Date: 14.11.2016 sur
