THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 14275 OF 2019 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent No.4 in harassing the petitioners by interfering into their civil disputes in respect of property bearing H.No.1-4-761, admeasuring 400 sq.yards, situated at Musheerabad, Hyderabad. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions dated 11.07.2019 furnished by the Inspector of Police, Musheerabad P.S., Hyderabad.

To the extent of their relevance to the present writ petition, the said instructions read as under:

"....A case is registered against the petitioners basing on the complaint of one Md.Rahimuddin in Crime No.259/2019, under Sections 420, 323, 504, 448, 427, 506, read with Section 34 IPC of Musheerabad Police Station on 10.07.2019, wherein the petitioners are arrayed as Accused Nos.1 to 3 in the said case. Further it is to submit that as part of investigation in Crime No.259/2019, the Musheerabad Police went to apartment of the petitioners. Further in the above case the petitioner No.1 and 3 were arrested on 10.07.2019 and were sent to judicial remand. It is submitted that the respondent police never interfered in the civil disputes of the petitioner at any point of time."

Recording the aforesaid written instructions the writ petition is disposed of placing the said written instructions on record. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
