Heard. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. 2.
The petitioner filed this Writ Petition alleging inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent in taking action on the representation, dated 18.11.2016, submitted by her for removal of the illegal construction made by respondents 4 and 5 by occupying 15 feet public road.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - Corporation informs the Court that no representation, as stated by the petitioner, is available with the Corporation. Therefore, it cannot be said that the respondent - Corporation is not acting upon the representation submitted by the petitioner and no relief as sought for by her can be granted to her and the Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed. 4.
In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit representation to the 2nd respondent and as and when such representation is submitted, the 2nd respondent shall cause enquiry into the allegation and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of such representation. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
