THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.1586 of 2008 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed by the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation assailing the award dated 12.02.2007 passed by the Industrial Tribunal-cumLabour Court, Warangal in I.D.No.131 of 2004. The said I.D. pertained to the second respondent Conductor and arose out of a reference under Section 10(1)(d) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. The writ petition was however, dismissed for default against the second respondent Conductor as per the Court Order dated 24.06.2011. Validity of the award passed in I.D.No.131 of 2004 whereby the second respondent workman was benefited, cannot be examined in his absence.

The writ petition therefore, fails in its entirety and it is accordingly dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
